We did it! We did it! WE DID IT! To celebrate the inaugural Picture Book Month, Woolwich Central School set to the goal to read 3,000 picture books during November. Not only did we reach our goal, but we went above and beyond it. The final count of picture books read during November by WCS was 3,973! Amazing. This reading was done at school and at home. Thank you to all the families who supported our reading initiative and spent time sharing picture books at home. Reading with your children is one of the best gifts you can give; it creates family memories as well as builds strong readers. Keep up the great reading!
